Founded in 2019, Titanbay was established to help investors gain access to top-tier private market funds.

The team now includes over 90 professionals across multiple functions and continues to grow to support our ambitious plans. Our clients benefit from the experience and relationships of our founders, team, Investment Advisory Board (IAB) and our relationship with Mercer.

Together, with a strong understanding of the challenges facing private market investors and the knowledge required to identify the best funds, we are able to provide you with access to an increasingly popular, yet previously difficult-to-access asset class.

As CEO, Thomas is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, to enable Titanbay to better serve institutional investors in private markets.

Prior to this, he was the chief of staff to the CEO of Eight Roads, the proprietary capital arm of Fidelity International. This followed a number of years at Bain & Company, the tier-1 international strategy consultancy, as well as a secondment at HgCapital, a top-tier private equity firm with £12bn in assets under management.

Thomas holds an MSc/MEng in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Based on his master’s thesis, he launched a venture-backed software company, developing knowledge systems for global top-20 life sciences firms.


As Head of Strategic Partnerships and a member of Titanbay’s founding team, Adam is responsible for driving business growth and market share through the development of its key commercial relationships and client proposition. He brings extensive experience and a history of revenue and earnings growth.

Prior to this, Adam spent two years with World Golf Group, owner of Premier Golf League, where he raised over $1bn. He was also a Managing Director at Capital Group, looking after global financial institutions (GFIs) and intermediaries, and before that was Investment Director, GFIs at Standard Life Investments. He held other positions at Banque Syz & Co and ABN Amro Asset Management and has a BSc in Finance.


As Chief Operations Officer, Gareth is responsible for the firm's operational infrastructure, including fund operations and investor services. He works closely with the technology team to digitise operational processes.

Gareth previously worked at Barings as Managing Director with responsibility for development, management and oversight of Barings' c. €30bn European fund infrastructure. Other previous positions include Finance and Operations Director at AshGrove Capital, where he was responsible for operational, finance, product, compliance, risk and broader support functions, and a period at Deloitte in its audit and assurance team.


Mark is Chief Product Officer at Titanbay, responsible for setting the product vision and strategy, working with commercial and technology teams to ensure that Titanbay’s platform delivers an outstanding experience for investors and partners.

Mark has over 25 years in product strategy and delivery. Most recently, Mark was Chief Product Officer at a private equity backed scale-up. Prior to this, he led Product Management for Sales Technology at UBS Investment Bank. Mark has previously held technology leadership roles in various start-ups and scale-ups and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bristol University.


Pietro is Head of Regulatory Affairs with a long track-record of managing funds and investments in cross-border (EU/non-EU) regulatory environments.

He spent 14 years at Londinium, also serving as CEO, and overseeing strategy, investment policy, personnel and operations in providing bespoke investment management solutions to HNWIs. He served in a similar capacity as CEO at Aran Asset Management DAC. Earlier in his career, Pietro founded and was a Principal of Argo Asset Management SA and lectured on hedge fund strategies.

Pietro is a member of the Board and Executive Committee at Capital Holding Funds plc, an affiliate of the Edmond de Rothschild Group, and is a Law graduate.


As the Director of People and Culture, Natalie ensures that all our people at Titanbay have the proper support and structure in place to achieve their best results and advance their careers. She is also focused on bringing the right people into the business to help it grow and prosper.

Natalie brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously built and scaled teams across a number of industries. Before joining Titanbay, her most recent position was at a Fintech consultancy which creates financial products for banks across the globe.


Radek serves as the chief legal officer at Titanbay and is responsible for corporate and legal affairs. He has wide-ranging experience in strategic planning, policy & business development, fund structuring, M&A, regulatory matters and global operations leadership for high-growth organizations in the PE/VC space. He has held various executive and advisory roles in disruptive technology start-ups and growth equity companies as well as established GPs. Radek has previously worked at leading New York-based law firms and was a judicial clerk to a U.S. federal judge in Delaware. Since 2013, he lives in Luxembourg. He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. (New York) and holds degrees from Yale University (B.A.) and Hofstra University School of Law (J.D.).


Richard is Managing Director of Investor Relations. He joined Titanbay as a founding team member in 2019.

Since 2013, Richard has specialised in financial sales and fund distribution. Most recently, he was on the distribution team at Quest Fund Placement, a London-based private equity placement agent that has raised over €30bn in assets for private equity clients.

Previously, he was a top-performing executive at Acuris/Mergermarket, responsible for multi-million-pound global contracts for top-tier financial institutions including investment banks, institutional investment companies, private equity and private debt funds. Richard holds the CISI Securities and CISI Financial Regulation qualifications and is CF30 approved. He has a BA (Hons) in Human Geography.


Anthony is an Investor Relations Director at Titanbay focusing on ultra-high net worth (UHNW) professional investors and family offices.

He has extensive experience within the wealth and investment management industry across a variety of leading firms. His most recent position was at UBS Global Wealth Management where he advised UHNW clients and corporate structures on investments across all asset classes and on wider wealth management matters. Anthony has advised on investments across the world's leading alternative asset managers such as Blackstone, KKR and CVC.

He is a Chartered Wealth Management professional of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, and has a BSc in Economics and Philosophy.


Bradley is an Investor Relations Director at Titanbay. He has a highly diverse career portfolio which includes over three years working between compliance & operational risk and business management at Bank of America, where he focused on regulatory deployment and strategic initiatives across all asset classes.

Prior to this, he spent six years as a British Army Officer and led soldiers on two operational tours: Op Herrick, Afghanistan, and Op Cabrit, Poland. He also boxed for his regiment, The Royal Regiment of Artillery.

Bradley holds the CISI Securities and CISI Financial Regulation qualifications, an Extended Diploma in Leadership and Management from the CMI, and a BSc in Natural Sciences.


Paul is a Managing Director of Partnerships for Titanbay. He was previously a Co-Founder and Partner of RockBolt LLP, an alternative investments advisory firm.

Paul was the founding member of Liongate Capital Management's Sales & Marketing Team where he served as Managing Director, Global Head of Business Development and Head of Investor Relations. His responsibilities included sales, business development, distribution, consultant relationships, and marketing. Paul also held previous positions in the sales and marketing groups at Schroders NewFinance and Allianz Global Investors and he began his career as an Associate at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO).

He has a BA in Economics, with a minor in Political Science.


Max is a Managing Director on the partnerships team. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology after completing a BSc Business Management degree.

Max has completed multiple summer internships in the derivatives space, working at interdealer brokers (Sunrise Brokers and BGC) where he mostly covered the fixed income and commodities markets. He brings with him fintech experience, having launched a startup within the payments space.


Julio is an Investment Relations Director for Titanbay, with a specific focus on family offices and wealth managers.

He brings to his role a deep understanding of the alternative assets landscape and relationships across geographies. He gained this experience during a career built at institutions including Goldman Sachs, Banco Santander and most recently Alantra, where he led capital raising efforts with institutional investors in Europe.

Julio has also set up his own company, dedicated to providing strategic advice on investor relations matters to private market general partners.

He graduated in Law and Business Administration at ICADE and has passed Levels I & II of the CFA program.


Alex leads on fund selection and portfolio construction, identifying and determining best-in-class funds to add to Titanbay's investment platform – as well as managing our relationships with GPs.

Previously, Alex was at Adams Street Partners, a global private markets investment manager, where he was most recently Vice President. He worked across all aspects of the investment decision-making process in the Primary Investment Team, from due diligence to industry review, negotiation and portfolio management. Earlier in his career, he held analyst roles at RBS Global Banking and Markets and at mergers and acquisitions advisory firm Quayle Munro.

Lawrence is primarily responsible for deal execution and investment monitoring. Lawrence joined from Mercer Alternatives, where he worked in the European Private Equity Investment Team making fund investments and co-investments across buyout, growth, venture and impact. Lawrence started his career on the Barclays graduate scheme and holds a first class degree from the University of Manchester in International Business, Finance and Economics. He has also completed the Investment Management Certificate and CFA Level I.

Hakki sits in the Investment team, where he supports fund strategy and investor solutions activity at Titanbay.

Hakki joins from HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets specialist, where he supported the management of the Company's listed private equity vehicle. Prior to that Hakki started his career at Gordian Knot, a hedge fund specialising in complex credit finance, where he assisted with the ongoing monitoring of an investment-grade credit default swap portfolio.

Hakki has obtained a First Class Honours bachelor degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a holder of the Investment Management Certificate.


Head of Manager Selection at EJS Investment Management, the investment company for the Edmond J. Safra Foundation. Prior to this, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. Benjamin holds a Masters from Universite Paris Dauphine and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.


Jean-Francois Le Ruyet is a Partner of the Quilvest Private Equity team, co-managing the US/Europe co-investments and funds programs with a focus on buy-out in Europe. Jean-Francois has over 15 years of experience in PE. Prior to joining Quilvest, Jean-Francois gained strategic consulting experience first with Bain & Company, then with McKinsey, advising PE firms among other assignments. Jean-Francois is a graduate of HEC in Paris and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.


Former CEO of Barings for the European region, following 5 years as COO. Previously, COO of Babson Capital Europe. Prior to this, co-founder of Duke Street Capital Debt Management. Oliver holds a M.Sc. from London School of Economics, a Ph.D from Warwick Business School and was a Research Fellow at London Business School.


Managing Partner and CIO at Blue Horizon, an impact investment firm focused on the intersection of biology, technology and agriculture. Former Managing Director and Head of European Private Equity at PSP Investments. 15+ years of investing experience from leading global organizations including CVC Capital Partners and EQT Partners. Przemek holds a MSc in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.


Partner and Co-CIO, Mercer Alternatives and serves on the firm's Investment Committees for Private Equity, Private Debt, and Sustainable Opportunities. Duties include providing private market portfolio management and advisory services to institutional clients, and serving as a portfolio manager for the Mercer Private Investment Partners series of multi manager private market funds.


Merrick heads the European Private Equity team within abrdn. With global AuM of c.$18bn, of which over €8bn is focused on Europe, our main activities are making primary commitments, secondary fund investments and co-investments for clients and pooled funds. Merrick sits on the Investment Committee for all European mandates as well as the overall Portfolio Construction & Management Committee.He is also a member of Invest Europe’s Limited Partner Council, an Advisory Board member of numerous funds, and a regular speaker at private equity conferences.


Andreas currently invests privately, having previously been a Portfolio Manager for private equity and real estate investments at Wega Invest, a single family office. Prior to this, Andreas was a Portfolio Manager at Flossbach von Storch.

Through our collaboration with Mercer, the consultancy group, we have access to additional extensive research and ratings to inform our screening process, with Mercer taking an active role in our Investment Advisory Board. We work closely with abrdn, who also have a seat on our Investment Advisory Board, and benefit from its fund selection resources, expertise in building tailored private equity solutions, leading ESG capability and privileged access to GP allocations including co-investment and secondary opportunities.
