Thomas Schleicher
Chief Investment Officer at KIRKBI A/S, the holding and investment company of the Kirk Kristiansen Family, which – in addition to a broad investment portfolio – owns the LEGO brand. Thomas also serves as a Board Member for a number of large corporations. Previously, Thomas was a Director at EQT Partners in Sweden and Denmark.
Benjamin Gargui
Head of Manager Selection at EJS Investment Management, the investment company for the Edmond J. Safra Foundation. Prior to this, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. Benjamin holds a Masters from Universite Paris Dauphine and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Oliver Burgel
Former CEO of Barings for the European region, following 5 years as COO. Previously, COO of Babson Capital Europe. Prior to this, co-founder of Duke Street Capital Debt Management. Oliver holds a M.Sc. from London School of Economics, a Ph.D from Warwick Business School and was a Research Fellow at London Business School.

Since 2014 Jussi has been the founder and CEO of Talomon Capital, a long/ short hedge fund based in London. Prior to founding Talomon, Jussi spent 12 years as an investor at EQT, a global private equity firm with €50+bn in raised capital. Jussi is Non-Executive Chairman of Titanbay, a position he has held since the company was founded in 2019.

Alessandro Mazza
Managing Director within the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team at Morgan Stanley. Previously worked at Credit Suisse for 15 years, primarily covering leveraged finance and private equity-related roles including financial sponsors coverage, leveraged finance origination, capital markets/syndicate and others. Alessandro also holds a number of trusteeships and advisory board roles.

Nils von Wietzlow
Nils has over 14 years of experience in corporate investments, M&A, and corporate finance. Between 2013 and 2019 he worked as a partner at the investment company ARCUS Capital. During this time, Nils significantly shaped and built the current portfolio. Prior to joining ARCUS, he worked for the largest energy-focused private equity fund First Reserve and before that several years at Merrill Lynch within Investment Banking / M&A. Nils studied Business Administration at the Universities of Maastricht, Bocconi and Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EADA).

Sebastian Hofmann-Werther

Jack Wasserman
Investment Director at BlueOrchard Finance, a part of Schroders. Jack was previously at Schroders, where he focused on Intermediary Business Development. Jack holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from University of Leeds.

Joachim Sonne
Joachim is a business angel, board member and M&A / IPO advisor to a number of early and growth stage companies. Prior to this, Joachim was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he was the Co-Head of EMEA Telecoms, Media and Technology Banking.

Arabella Reeves
Arabella is Head of Community at Atomico and is based in London. Arabella curates opportunities to accelerate portfolio company growth and expand Atomico’s network. Previously, Arabella spent over five years as Head of Events and Network at The Up Group, Europe’s leading executive search and networking company. There, she led the annual global events program and brought together the most successful CEOs, NEDs, and investors of the European tech community. Arabella has a first-class BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds.

Vincent Le Hodey

Bartek Trzebinski
Bartek is an independent investor (e.g. Airly), member of Supervisory Boards of several VC/PE investment committees, and mentor. Formerly, he was head of Poland at EQT Partners. Bartek was also previously an investment manager at Warburg Pincus and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London. Bartek holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master in Intl. Management from Bocconi.

Ankush Shah
Ankush is Managing Director at Sumaria Group, a family-owned investment holding company operating primarily in Eastern Africa, and is Chairman of Doughworks Limited, the KFC and Pizza Hut franchisee in Tanzania. He additionally holds several board positions and advisory roles in tech startups in Africa and the UK. Prior to Sumaria, Ankush was a fund manager at $2.5bn hedge fund Gruss & Company. He started his career in M&A / investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston in London.

Maciej Dworniak
Maciej is the founder of Bastion Investments an investment firm active in various asset classes including real estate and private equity. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Partner of ESO Capital, a USD 500 million Opportunity fund based in London, where he was responsible for investments in Central Eastern Europe. Before that, he was an Executive Director at D. B. Zwirn (Highbridge) in London, a USD 5 billion fund, focusing on illiquid opportunities, fixed income, and credit arbitrage. Maciej started his career in investment banking in the M&A departments of Credit Suisse in London and Lazard in New York.

Michael Herbst
Michael is Managing Partner of HHP and has over 25 years of global TMT investment banking experience. Prior to founding HHP, Michael was responsible for building and leading the European telecommunications business at Jefferies International. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank, where he was most recently Managing Director in the EMEA-TMT team. He has lived in London since 1995 and has a global network of high-level contacts. Michael holds a B.A. in business administration from ESB Reutlingen and an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Saul Nathan
Saul is a business leader, advisor, and investor with experience in Private Equity, and M&A. Currently, he is a mentor and investor in a number of seed/ Series B businesses, advisor to a tech fund and engaged in helping companies harness their ML and AI capabilities in conjunction with a West Coast based team. Most recently he was a Partner at BDT & Company a merchant bank. He spent 30 years at Morgan Stanley providing strategic advice and raising capital for governments, corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors globally, latterly as Chairman of Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley and Chairman of the firm’s global Financial Sponsors Group. He is also Deputy Chair of the Philharmonia Orchestra.
