Benjamin Gargui
Head of Manager Selection at EJS Investment Management, the investment company for the Edmond J. Safra Foundation. Prior to this, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. Benjamin holds a Masters from Universite Paris Dauphine and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

Jean Francois Le Ruyet
Jean-Francois Le Ruyet is a Partner of the Quilvest Private Equity team, co-managing the US/Europe co-investments and funds programs with a focus on buy-out in Europe. Jean-Francois has over 15 years of experience in PE. Prior to joining Quilvest, Jean-Francois gained strategic consulting experience first with Bain & Company, then with McKinsey, advising PE firms among other assignments. Jean-Francois is a graduate of HEC in Paris and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Oliver Burgel
Former CEO of Barings for the European region, following 5 years as COO. Previously, COO of Babson Capital Europe. Prior to this, co-founder of Duke Street Capital Debt Management. Oliver holds a M.Sc. from London School of Economics, a Ph.D from Warwick Business School and was a Research Fellow at London Business School.

Przemek Obloj
Managing Partner and CIO at Blue Horizon, an impact investment firm focused on the intersection of biology, technology and agriculture. Former Managing Director and Head of European Private Equity at PSP Investments. 15+ years of investing experience from leading global organizations including CVC Capital Partners and EQT Partners. Przemek holds a MSc in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.

Jussi Nyrola
Since 2014 Jussi has been the founder and CEO of Talomon Capital, a long/ short hedge fund based in London. Prior to founding Talomon, Jussi spent 12 years as an investor at EQT, a global private equity firm with €50+bn in raised capital. Jussi is Non-Executive Chairman of Titanbay, a position he has held since the company was founded in 2019.

Charles Vernudachi
Managing Director, European Head of Investor Relations at Providence Equity Partners, a premier private equity investment firm with over $45bn in aggregate capital commitments. Previously Managing Director and Head of EMEA at Eaton Partners, prior experiences include Goldman Sachs and SEB.

Manuela Thomys
Currently Manuela is a Director at Hg Capital. Previously, Manuela was a Principal at Ares Management for 3 years and prior to this spent 4 years at EQT in Munich Manuela holds an MBA from Harvard and started at McKinsey.

Haakon Gresvig
Managing Director at Probitas Partners, focused on institutional capital raising and advisory for private equity, real estate and private debt funds. Previously, Director of PE Capital Raising at Wedge Alternatives and, prior to this, Goldman Sachs.

Noémie De Andia
Noémie is a partner at strategic communications consultancy Instinctif Partners in London. She joined Instinctif Partners in 2020 from private equity firm Permira where she led the global communications and branding strategy for over a decade through the financial crisis and several successful fundraising cycles. She has extensive financial communications and reputation management expertise gained in a variety of senior consultancy and in-house roles where she advised high-profile listed and private businesses in the technology, financial services, and consumer sectors.

Saul Nathan
Saul is a business leader, advisor, and investor with experience in Private Equity, and M&A. Currently, he is a mentor and investor in a number of seed/ Series B businesses, advisor to a tech fund and engaged in helping companies harness their ML and AI capabilities in conjunction with a West Coast based team. Most recently he was a Partner at BDT & Company a merchant bank. He spent 30 years at Morgan Stanley providing strategic advice and raising capital for governments, corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors globally, latterly as Chairman of Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley and Chairman of the firm’s global Financial Sponsors Group. He is also Deputy Chair of the Philharmonia Orchestra.

Sebastian Hofmann-Werther
Head of EMEA for 360T Trading Networks, a global FX marketplace. Previously, Sebastian was Managing Director of Frankfurt-Trust Investment GmbH, where he was responsible for institutional clients. Prior to this, Sebastian was a Managing Director at Russell Investments in Frankfurt and London.

Michael Herbst
Michael is Managing Partner of HHP and has over 25 years of global TMT investment banking experience. Prior to founding HHP, Michael was responsible for building and leading the European telecommunications business at Jefferies International. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank, where he was most recently Managing Director in the EMEA-TMT team. He has lived in London since 1995 and has a global network of high-level contacts. Michael holds a B.A. in business administration from ESB Reutlingen and an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Alessandro Mazza
Managing Director within the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team at Morgan Stanley. Previously worked at Credit Suisse for 15 years, primarily covering leveraged finance and private equity-related roles including financial sponsors coverage, leveraged finance origination, capital markets/syndicate and others. Alessandro also holds a number of trusteeships and advisory board roles.

Joachim Sonne
Joachim is a business angel, board member and M&A / IPO advisor to a number of early and growth stage companies. Prior to this, Joachim was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he was the Co-Head of EMEA Telecoms, Media and Technology Banking.

Paola Tarazi
Paola is an independent advisor to General Partners with a focus on Fundraising, CoInvestments and Secondary Liquidity Solutions. Recently, Paola spearheaded and successfully executed on c. $2.3 billion of GP-led secondaries for InvestCorp. Previously, Paola was a Partner and Head of Europe for BerchWood Partners; and prior to this, a founding member of ABN AMRO’s private equity fund of funds platform.

Bartek Trzebinski
Bartek is an independent investor (e.g. Airly), member of Supervisory Boards of several VC/PE investment committees, and mentor. Formerly, he was head of Poland at EQT Partners. Bartek was also previously an investment manager at Warburg Pincus and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London. Bartek holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master in Intl. Management from Bocconi.

Marcello Bottoli
Marcello is the Managing Partner of EVCP Growth Equity, a sector fund investing in consumer lifestyle small & mid caps. Prior to this, Marcello was an Operating Partner for Advent International. Previously Marcello has been the Chairman and CEO of leading lifestyle companies such as Pandora, Samsonite and Louis Vuitton.

Simone Gallo
Simone is Managing Director at MainStreet Partners, leading Investment Advisory and Portfolio Analytics business focused on Sustainable, ESG & Impact investments. Previously, Simone was Head of Global Intermediary Distribution at Unigestion, SVP US/Global Clients Group at Pictet Asset Management and Head of Global Partners EMEA at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Nicolas Seghers

Rasmus Molander
Managing Partner at Adelis Equity Partners, a mid-market private equity firm with approximately €1 billion in capital under management. Adelis’ focuses on being a growth partner for well-positioned Nordic companies. Prior to joining Adelis, Rasmus worked as Investment Executive at Permira and as Project Leader at BCG. Rasmus holds a MBA (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and MSc (high distinction) from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Vincent Le Hodey
Vincent is co-founder and chairman of WATTS.green, a mid-market private infrastructure asset manager funding renewable energy projects in France, Benelux and Spain. Prior to setting up WATTS.green in 2022, he advised over 50 private asset firms on asset growth. Prior roles include NLAA, Probitas, Deloitte, Hamilton Lane, and Campbell Lutyens. Vincent holds a B.Sc. in Law and an M.Sc. in Political Science.

Thorben Sander
Thorben is an investor, executive council and professional board member with over 25 years of international executive experience in Wealth Management, most recently as Global Head of Private Banking at Nordea.
Thorben has completed studies in finance, leadership and strategy at Copenhagen Business School, IMD, INSEAD and London Business School.

Adrian Steinherr

During the previous 20 years, Adrian held various positions at global Investment Banks, lately as Managing Director of the Derivatives Division at UBS.
